Noticed red buds on 8 trees on Engelmann and see they are going to be gorgeous.
Parrotia persica 'Vanessa' (Persian Ironwood) is an upright, narrow deciduous tree, ideal for tight spaces and street plantings, reaching 25-40 feet tall and 15-20 feet wide.
