I found this cutie at the Arrowroot entrance near the trail.
Nemophila maculata is a species of flowering plant in the Borage family, Boraginaceae. It is an annual herb that flowers in the spring, and it is endemic to California. In the wild it is found primarily in the Sierra foothills, but it is also planted extensively in gardens.
The spot marked near the Arrowroot entrance.
This is a better picture.
Look for these leaves.
