Lupine in Division 5 and Preserve
Huge lupine at top op Balsamroot
There were lots of miniature along the sidewalks.
On upper East trail.
A few more scattered along the wall.
These are the small leaf lupine in Preserve on dead end trail.
Native plant name - River bank lupine.

Camas
Found 1 white camas near trail.
Camas in triangle across from fence.
Camas, ranunculus, and lomatium.
Many ranunculus everywhere.
Yellow violet, a few still blooming.

New Orchid Today!
Beautiful new plant near my entrance.
Next to the one that has been there a couple of years.
One on left was stepped on last year, other one a no show.
Apparently right one was there in 2024.

Fawn Lilies on East Trail
Still a few blooming although most are done.

Oak Seedlilngs
There were several tall ones next to the Oak Springs fence.
I found lots of various sized along this fence by Oak Springs.
Top left still had acorn attached.
Found many more seedlings today.
Many very tall, this one through the fence towards Marvin.
Several attached to acorn.
Many new in the gravel, also several large bottom right.

Serviceberry Trees Along RR Track and Preserve
These were just starting to bloom.
There were at least 10 large and small.
Some also along along Oakwood in the Preserve.
Saw when I walked on the sidewalk.
In Preserve 4/29.
By entrance on Schmitz on hill at top.
Several trees, above pickleball court.
Quite a few at top of East trail.
From Preserve towards Oak springs.

Honeysuckle on East Trail
Honeysuckle on East trail climbing the powerline.
Wonderful to see.
Several of these, could be Solomon's seal or Star-flowered lily-of-the-valley.
Have these by the honeysuckle in Preserve.

Serviceberry Blossoms
This is a tree at the bottom of the East trail, near 27th.
Beautiful tree full of flowers.
The ones in the Preserve are just starting to open.

Fawn Lilies on East Trail
This is off the trail to the right. I tagged it with a stick.
Same patch from top and bottom along white pipe.
Nice to see so many but none in the gravel.

This low growing dogwood was about 50' to the left at the end of Engelman.
Had a small clipper along so got a bunch.
Carried one stick and used only one coming down.
Got 3 miles done.
I want a brooch like this!
